Service and Membership

Access to our members’ area is available exclusively online through the website. Use and membership is only permitted for those over the age of 18 years in the UK (and 21 years or older in some other jurisdictions).

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the images of our advertisers and to give accurate information regarding them.

Billing

DalPay Retail is the reseller of membership/advertising provided by Border Marketing (NW) Ltd. dalpay.is LOOKNRTH +448005200847 will appear on your card statement.

Your card issuer may charge you an International Service Fee. This fee is controlled and charged by your bank or card issuer, not by Border Marketing, DalPay or its banks. Please refer to www.INTLServiceFee.com for details.

Refunds

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our membership services to any person. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to limit the access to this Members’ Only site if we believe that the subscriber is not using such access in a lawful manner. All descriptions of service prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of the advertisers.

We reserve the right to discontinue any advertiser’s services at any time. Any offer for any services or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any services or information will meet your expectations.

All refunds will be considered on an individual and pro rata basis.

Right to Cancel

A consumer can cancel the distance contract with Northern Angels at any time by cancelling online from the Cancel button within our Members' Area, or by calling Support at Northern Angels on 07766 141235 or 07870 525642. (You can login to your transaction or contact our reseller directly to cancel.)
